Following our Knowledge Exchange Forum Event on 19th October, the ENLIVEN team identified some common issues that emerged from the discussions and presentations that businesses were facing. One of these was around the challenges of connecting with social prescribers and other community connectors carrying out the role of engaging people living with dementia in their activities.
On Tuesday 24th January we are hosting a Webinar around social prescribing. We will be welcoming Emily Cousins from the National Association of Social Prescribers and others with experiences and knowledge to share, as well as those facing challenges. If social prescribing is an issue for your organisation or you wish to learn more about this topic – please email ENLIVEN, about coming along to the Webinar.
